I keep coming back to this amazing place because it's like a second home to me. The staff are so helpful, they even found me a phone charger once. Plus, with Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, and air conditioning, it has everything I need. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

The free WiFi was a lifesaver, and the terrace provided a lovely spot to enjoy a drink. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, giving me a great start to the day. The location was convenient for exploring.

The bathrooms could use a touch more cleaning , and the bar felt a bit crowded.

The staff at this hostel were absolutely amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They spoke perfect English, which was such a pleasant surprise. The buffet-style breakfast was mind-blowing, with a wide variety of options that changed daily. The location was smack in the center, minutes away from an endless array of restaurants and bars, yet surprisingly quiet. And the fact that they provided purified drinking water was a huge plus. my stay was jaw-droppingly fantastic!

The breakfast spread at this hostel is an absolute feast! From the fluffy pancakes to the crispy bacon, it felt like walking into a breakfast wonderland. And let's not forget the freshly squeezed orange juice that tasted like a ray of sunshine on a summer morning. Simply delightful!

    Lackluster staff interaction.

We had a fantastic time at the hostel with its friendly atmosphere. the staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. the breakfast was the best we've ever had, with a variety of homemade dishes to choose from.

The cleanliness of our private room. the floors and surfaces were covered in sand and the shower was unpleasant.

I stayed at Mahalo in Ihla Grande for a week while exploring the island. The hostel is conveniently located just a short walk from the harbor. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The common areas were a great place to meet fellow travelers, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were surprisingly spacious compared to other hostels I've stayed at in Brazil.

    100% Recommend this hotel.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the amazing breakfast spread with eggs, guacamole, fruits, juices, and cake. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was cleaned everyday. the staff, especially Camila and Felipe, were knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke perfect English. the hostel had a central location, minutes away from restaurants, bars, and the seafront. the purified drinking water was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the cafezinho da tarde.

Felt warm, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was outstanding - 10/10! Fresh juices, fruits, guacamole, cakes, and bread with scrambled eggs made it the best hostel breakfast we've had. The hostel had a chilled out vibe with plenty of common areas and a great location. The rooms were spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The unique artwork created a fantastic atmosphere, and the organized dinner nights were a big hit.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a great time during my Christmas stay at this hostel. the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a memorable experience. One of the things I liked the most was the opportunity to meet amazing people from all over the world. It was a perfect place for solo travelers like me to make new connections.

The facilities could definitely use some improvement. the bathrooms were old and not well-maintained, and the AC in my room was noisy and outdated.
